We’re excited to share the great progress of our Women’s Empowerment Project, implemented in collaboration with SETWIN.
The Investment
As part of this program, TDF invested ₹10,000 per candidate to provide structured vocational training.
The Impact
18 women from the first batch passed their exams and are already earning ₹400to₹500 daily.
Next Steps
We launched the 2nd batch of 25 students today and are planning to provide higher-end sewing machines to help them scale.
Sustainability
We are helping them form a cooperative society to manage orders and ensure long-term financial independence.
